Yes! All stories are carefully designed to be age-appropriate. You can set your child's age in the app, and our system will generate content suitable for their developmental stage.
Can I save stories?
Yes! Your stories are automatically saved to your library for easy access anytime. Saved stories are associated only with your user account and are not publicly shared with other users.
How many children can I add?
Both our Monthly and Annual plans allow you to add as many child profiles as you'd like! Each child gets their own personalized story library tailored to their unique interests and age.
Is there a free trial?
New users can create one story for free to experience the magic of Twinkle Tales. To continue creating new personalized stories, simply choose either our Monthly or Annual plan.
What languages are supported?
Twinkle Tales currently supports English. We're eager to expand our language offerings and would love to hear which language you'd like us to support next! Please share your feedback with us.
Can I use the app offline?
Twinkle Tales currently requires an internet connection to generate and access stories. Offline access is not available at this time.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime through your account settings or the Amazon App Store. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account at any time directly in the Twinkle Tales app by going to Settings → Account Management → Delete Account and confirming your choice. Deleting your account permanently removes all associated data, including child profiles, saved stories, and subscription information, and cannot be undone.
